About the Role

What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Support sales activities and help meet daily and weekly targets
Maintain product displays and ensure the retail space is clean, organised, and visually appealing
Answer customer questions clearly and accurately
Process customer interactions efficiently and support the overall in-store experience
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and maintain service standards
